  4. Years ago, just before he passed away, Red Skelton gave a speech. I don't recall if it were a retirement speech or just a good bye speech knowing his final horizon was near. He wasn't being humorous or trying to be funny. It was a very heartfelt and philosophical speech. It was the best speech I had ever heard.
